The California Natural Resources Group's goal was to draw attention to the insane amount of land being held "hostage" by protecting obscure plants and insects.
The goal of the site was to familiarize the public with the Endangered Species Act and educate the public as to why so much land is unavailable for development thus driving the housing market sky high.
