Launched in June 2008, the Seller Dashboard was created as a place where an eBay seller can monitor all their account activity. Prior to the Dashboard, a seller would have to go to several places to get gather their account information.
A majority of the seller's account status is dictated by their detailed seller ratings. Previously the detailed seller ratings were only visualized by a series of five star icons which only indicated a detail of a half star and a full star. The chart we devised allows a seller to clearly see their ratings in a very detailed manner, how they compare to other eBay members and if they need to work on a particular area of their service.
