These icons were designed for a soon to be released Symbian application for Nokia phones. Many of the icons were designed to be displayed on both a dark grey background and a teal background depending on the UI state which added more of a challenge on top of the limited size.
The top row are service status indicators, the second row are soft key icons, the third row were used with specialized links in the content and the larger icons were global indicators of the type of content the user was viewing.
