Prior to becoming an AJAX-based web application, original experiments with the Metaweb were done in Macromedia Flash. At the time we had a much more elaborate plan for the user interface involving sliding panels, inline paging and variable text layouts.
This particular screen is from a Flash demo given to potential investors in the Fall of 2005.
